Free Legal Consultation

Free Legal Helpline
The Helpline is operated by The Law Society of Hong Kong and it offers preliminary free legal advice to the general public on five areas of law, namely (1) Personal Injuries, (2) Matrimonial  Law, (3) Criminal Law, (4) Employment Law, and  (5) Wills & Probate.

The Bar Free Legal Service Scheme
It aims to provide free legal advice and representation in court proceedings
(1) where Legal Aid is not available;
(2) where the applicant cannot reasonably afford private legal services; and
(3) the applicant has reasonable grounds for taking or defending the proceedings.
