To provide more focused attention to individual ethnic minority senior secondary youth. Hong Kong Unison launched a new program, ELEVATE, a high-touch career development and life planning program for F.4 and F.5 students with 1-on-1 guidance.
Objectives:
•Provide students with necessary information on further education and career pathways
•Enhance students awareness of their interests & abilities
•Develop plans for future (beyond F.6)
•Develop key skills
ELEVATE is a 5-step program:
1. One-on-one Career exploration
2. Individual coaching by professional career coaches
3. Meeting professionals of various careers
4. Goal Setting
5. CV Writing and mock interview workshops
