In this program, we helped ethnic minorities students to have earlier goals setting in their study and career path. With a more concrete target, their learning incentive will be increased. We organized a series of workshops and talks on career planning and job hunting in secondary schools. By providing latest information about study and career, students have stronger confidence in preparing their life in this competitive society.
