Through regular meetings of mentors from different professions and Ethnic Minorities mentees, mentees were expected to concretize their career planning, broaden their horizons and be more concerned about social issues. The mentoring relationship was cultivated mutually by both mentor and mentees. They grow, share and learn together in the relationship.
